Enterprise Social Responsibility and Solidarity Economy: A Possible Partnership

Abstract

Enterprise Social Responsibility - ESR and Solidarity Economy are the main subjects of this article, a time that are significantly important subjects of the present time and are considered concepts still under construction. At first, it will discuss about the theory of Social Responsibility and solidarity economy, under the optics of different authors. After that, the partnership will be presented between the The Incubator of Popular Cooperatives of the Regional University of Blumenau (FURB), Whirpool Company and the Institute Consulate of Women, which develops action of work generation and income in the perspective of Solidarity Economy. In the end, a reflection about the possibility of a multinational company will be inserted in a social project based on the Solidarity Economy.
