: This article discusses issues related to the health of the working class considering the advent of the labor counter-reform, particularly expressed through Law n.º 13.467/2017. Its objective is to present reflections on the impacts of the set of changes and innovations instituted by the aforementioned counter-reform, whose guiding principle was the prevalence of what was negotiated on the legislated. The research sources were instruments of collective bargaining celebrated between workers and employers in Santa Catarina from 2018 onwards, essentially those registered in the Collective Labor Bargaining System, administered by the Ministry of Labor and Welfare. The information collected allows us to state that under the aegis of the negotiated on the legislation, the health of workers is negatively and intensely affected, in view of the established working conditions and relationships.
