The Formation of New Worker Front for the Restructuring of Work and Production

Abstract

This research approaches the occured transformations in the world of work, in the last decades, due to the deep productive reorganization of the capital. The reorganization has as a base the massive introduction of new technologies and innovations in the management of the work and the production as well as the rationalization of the production in the search of new techniques in constant perfectioning aiming at the sophisticated levels each time of formation of the work force. The objective of this is to analyze the introduction of the new productive methods and its consequences in the formation of the worker in which the knowledge starts to have great relevance, the knowledge and the ability of the workers to act in this new productive paradigm. However, this process is not homogeneous, a great part of the individuals does not possess access to the knowledge and the formation necessary to face the new requirements imposed for the new paradigm.
